"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"The property was full and active. It was a nice resort to stay in. If you are looking for quieter evenings in your room, make sure to book an outside room or an oceanfront room. "Before staying at the Mio I had done my research and read through the majority of the reviews and they were bang on. This is a great hotel for the cost, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the traffic noise didn’t bother me. They were accommodating and moved one of the gals in my party that it did bother to a top floor room that was quieter. The only complaint was the pool was to warm it was like a bath. Other than that it was a great experience! Staff were fantastic. "

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta – All Inclusive

"This resort was beautiful with a large family pool, an adult only infinity pool with swim up bar and many umbrellas and loungers at the beachfront. The food in the buffet had lots of choices and was very good. We also enjoyed The Grill restaurant on two nights- one was Italian and the other was featuring steak kabobs. The grounds have lots of beautiful vegetation and there are lots of palm trees around the adult pool. Our room had a king bed with a large balcony that looked at the family pool and out towards the palms at the other pool. Some maintenance is needed on the room as towel bars, sink faucet and shower door all needed repair in the bathroom."
