"We needed a place near Regatta Harbor and the price was right. This turned out to be a great find! The neighborhood looks run down but that’s old Miami. There was a pile of broken glass in the road for the two days we were there. We never felt unsafe but I wouldn’t consider it walkable. We rode our e-bikes everywhere. Lots of great stuff nearby. "The stay in my opinion was horrible, days before the trip she said she had to switch properties because of a plumbing issue and the property I chose was not accommodating. The staff in the hotel was rude, they were painting on my floor and no wet signs were put up so I ruined an outfit. Overall the stay was not good."

"We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable. There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
