"This hotel is amazing. The room and swimming pool were spotless, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. All the staff were welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan, who arranged activities for us and helped us find a supermarket. The breakfast was delicious, and my kids especially loved the pasta! :) If I visit Merzouga again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for making our experience so memorable."

"Sebbene la pulizia non sia il suo forte, tornerei in questa struttura di sicuro! Per la prima volta non ho sofferto il freddo di notte. Stanza, molto ampia, tutta in effetto pisé, con un balconcino esterno. In effetti, non è che la stanza fosse sporca, ma anche lo spazio dove appoggiare le cose è in effetto pise e tende a trattenere la polvere e quindi appoggiandoci i vestiti possono rimanere un po' impolverati. "The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. "Camels, and 4X4’s, luxury and serenity. The camp had it all. It was the perfect experience and one I truly hope to experience again. We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff.
