"Super friendly and helpful service. Reception staff are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Help wherever they can. Great choice of food. Great gym and pool area. Spa has a great list of treatments, well priced. The only thing is it says tennis court and we took all our tennis gear to find out it’s now paddle courts. Still a great facility. Heated pool is lovely for an evening swim. Meditation classes were lovely too. "

"I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday....

"When you enter the Royal Mansour you're stepping into another world. It is definitely one of the best hotels in the world. The garden and the whole property are 100% perfection. We stayed in one of the beautiful Riads - a whole 3 story building with a little court yard and a beautiful rooftop terrace. There were minor details that didn't make our stay perfect - the service was not as good as expected (I asked 3 times about pottery and only the 3rd time got an answer), apparently every riad comes...

"Excellent Hotel with great staff. Very close to the TI tram station. Easy route to CasaVoyageurs Station, Old Medina, Quartier Habbous, Central Market. Casa Port, Cathedral, Arab Ligue Park, and Hasan Mosque II. If you are willing to walk 15-20mins all the locations above are also walkable with many cafes and juice centers along the way. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful with lots of options to choose from. Tram noise can be annoying at times, but not too much of a...

"We stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Very friendly staffs though they speak little English. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Good choice of food apart from BBQ where mostly beef is served, no other options. Reception desk is too small and limited so at busy times expect long wait for check in/out. Overall very satisfying holiday, will be back."

Underbara pooler och bra möjlighet till aktiviteter. Väldigt serviceminded personal. Passa även på att åka in med gratis-bussen till medinan!"
