"Fourth visit to this resort, last time was 5 years ago. Excellent service & staff! Some managers remembered us from prior years, that really meant something! Still prefer the buffet to the restaurants. Reception staff kind and accommodating. "This was an incredible trip! It is very quiet, no parties, but incredibly friendly and beautiful. It was absolutely perfect. It is a small resort on a big property so the staff get to know you by name. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the property was spectacular. Lots of monkeys and iguanas and birds. We recommend this resort to anyone wanting to take in the beautiful Costa Rican culture."

"One of the best experiences we have had staying at a resort! The minute we got there we were treated like royalty! you will not find a better more attentive and friendly staff anywhere! The place is beautiful,quiet,clean and welcoming. "The check in process was easy. Infact when we checked in the A//C was malfunctioning in one of the rooms. We were swiftly moved into another room. Gated parking with security was excellent.
