"The staff was so incredibly lovely, accommodating, and helpful. They really made the stay. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was broken for most of the stay; and, we had to use window units that were noisy and made us feel like the room wasn't well secured. The staff did try to help us; but, it was promised to be fixed by two days after our arrival It wasn't repaired until two days before our departure. Very disappointing."
