"Super Hotel in Kensington. Tolle Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in London. Underground, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein ( kein richtiger Schrank) aber die Betten waren bequem und es war sauber. Frühstück war recht gut , nur war der Frühstücksraum zu klein und die Frühstückszeiten zu kurz... einige Gäste mussten warten, um zu frühstücken. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. "

"Lovely refurbishment and interior, rooms very good quality, comfy beds and nice showers. Hotel is fairly faultless, but the staff are suffering from opening niggles and are uncoordinated at times. Tried charging additional £126 on a pre-paid booking and waiters forgot orders during breakfast. Beware the booking does not warn about a deposit of £50 per night required on arrival. "
