"This hotel is a fair distance from Asheville center, but quick convenient access to the freeway. Had two beds, which felt a bit cramped, but enough space to move around. Bed was comfortable, but my companion didn't like the pillows. Room is clearly a bit dated in places (like certain furniture), but room was clean and no complaints overall. "It was great to find a hotel close to Asheville that had water and power. They have a restaurant on site with a great bartender. Food was delicious. The area is still torn up with a bunch of downed trees, but the main building was clean and quiet. Check in was a bit of a hassle but the staff there was quick to help. Will certainly stay there again as I am working the hurricane damages and will be back. "

"Just had a smell so I went down to my truck for 2 of those Febreeze from the truck. Management probably looked at me weird walking in with them after checking in lol but it did smell like feet or maybe even dirty water. Either way the smell went away. Luckily the windows open too. Rating would be if it wasn’t for that smell. "
