"Nice hotel with great staff. 2nd floor lobby is a pain and the elevator always stops there. 7-11 right next door is convenient, but it's always crowded by workers from surrounding buildings. It's a walk to anything so thats another negative. However 10-15min to either Ginza subway or Shiodome isnt bad and you can be flexible about where to visit. "New modern hotel that’s conveniently located - about 2-3 short blocks away from all the high end shops. Nice clean neighbourhood and very safe. Stayed in standard sized room that was small but decent for Japan and sufficient for our short stay. Very comfy bed and TV apps included Netflix/prime/hulu/etc. Nice walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. Very quiet hotel with highly considerate guests.
