"The hotel was very clean and at the heart of everything. Central Park is about a 10 minute walk and Time Square is about 10 minute; however, if you are traveling with kids add another 5 to ten minutes. I love the option of being able to rent an electric bike which is the best way of transportation. The Icon parking lot offers a discount if you get you ticket validated. I do have to mention that eating at the hotel can be very expensive with two beer nothing fancy going for 26.00 and the customers service from the restaurant is not desirable I give them a 3. Overall my experience was good."

"The location was perfect - just a few blocks to the MOMA and Broadway. The reception staff (especially Peter) were friendly and helpful. All of that more than made up for the disastrous elevators (the control panels were often out of service and the service was slow) and the broken WiFi. Still overall, a great deal. I would absolutely stay here again. "
