I wouldn’t say anyone goes above and beyond/out of their way. We don’t care about such things, but some people do. We had an amazing time and loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again!"

"We stayed in a 2 bed room suite ocean view with balcony that faced North. The suite was very clean. The restaurants were great and we enjoyed lunch on site. The Beach service was amazing and had food and drink brought to us on the beach! The airport was close to the resort and it was also a short drive to downtown West Palm for shopping. The best and closest restaurants near by were in Palm Beach Gardens. The only complaint I have is the long wait for the valet to get our car. We had dinner...

"This is my 3rd stay at this property, but it will likely be my last. The place is rather run down. I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free.
