"The smiling service made our stay wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast buffe was one of the biggest I have ever seen during all my years at 5 star hotels. I also enjoyed the location in the city center with a short walk to the seaside."

"The room was spacious. Neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean. Linen were good too. 2 big beds, a working table and a couch. Lots of storage space. The stay was quite comfortable. Walkable distance to Galle Face beach. We did not opt for the Breakfast choice while booking. Upon enquiring at the reception, we were told it costed 4K LKR per head, which we felt is pretty expensive. "

"The room was very nice and clean but the bars and pool bar etc were non existent, tried to order room service and they said they only offered snacks, no actual food. They ring your bell/bang on your door at 9am every morning and when you open no one is there, even though I put up the do not disturb. Very annoying if you’re jet lagged. Overall good and worth the money but not quite what they are advertising themselves to be "
