"I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday....

"Really nice staff and convenient location in the middle of the Medina. One small complaint - I have a very strict “ no shoes rule “ in my room or wherever I stay and upon showing us our space the host just walked around the room and even into our shower with their shoes on. Little odd but not enough to be an issue. They had an AC unit in room which is always a plus! "

"Beautiful property with fantastic and very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful, really friendly and happy to help. The property is a piece of art, very clean, spacious rooms and a rooftop that is an oasis of tranquility. We would return any time. We also felt safe walking from and to the property at night. "The property boasts two restaurants and a Jazz quartet every night until 11:00 pm. If you are looking for a quiet esthetic this is not the place for you. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants in the Jemaa El Fna. The staff are very attentive, but do work on "Marrakech time". The only sour note was the missed booking for our hotel to airport shuttle which lead to a late departure from the hotel/Rhiad early Saturday morning. "Riad incrivel, próximo à uma das entradas da Medina, o que facilitou muito chegar e sair. Um verdadeiro Palacio. Atendimento excelente. Bom cafe da manha, bem regional. Tem um restaurante muito bom. "We had a warm greeting, Mariam and Marwan were incredibly hospitable. The room was adorable and we ate dinner that night on the roof,delicious. We left super early the next the morning but the young clerk ( didn’t catch his name) took such good care of us. He brought down our luggage, prepared a light breakfast and walked us to the pick up spot for the safari. I mean who even does that????? The only negatives were we booked a massage and scrub at the riad and it was sooooooo cold it was not...

"Denne Riad har en fantastisk beliggenhed i centrum af Kabbah området, der er 10 minutters gang til centrum af Marrakech. det er 3 gang vi er på denne Riad, og det er det flinkeste personale, altid søde og hjælpsomme. Der er den skønneste tagterrasse og en fin lille pool. Skønne store værelser og en dejlig atmosfærer. Alt er flot og vedligeholdt."
