"I called the property prob 4x the first night before checking in and I was on hold for about 20 mins each time so I hung up. I called at different times but to be on hold so long each time, to me, is unacceptable. I couldn’t get a word out I was automatically put on hold as soon as they picked up and no one came back on the line throughout the 20 min. The trash outside the front entrance were full to the top. It was overall not the best experience. "
