"Arrived at hotel a/c units weren’t working in the rooms, went to get my kids out of bed and there was bed bugs on the bed. We got moved to another room but had to flip the whole mattress’s and take off sheets just to make sure that the beds didn’t have bed bugs. No hot water, over all terrible experience "

"I have stayed several times at Los Tules. It is a place where my husband and i like to come back to every year. My biggest complaint is we never know which unit we will be in. Its always an uncomfortable gamble. "

"We stayed at the Ridge for just two nights. Our room was great! Right by the pool and amazing view of the marina. I know some people complain about the noise from the street side but we could not hear anything with the doors closed. Having access to playa grande pools was a plus. The breakfast buffet was really good."

"Smart Depas is a practical stay with a nice space (kitchen, fridge, microwave, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with balcony) for those who will not spend much time in. Mostly for showering and sleeping as it doesn’t provide many amenities such as basic stay needs like shampoo, soap, lotion, extra sheets, etc. Jacuzzis are clogged, and broken, so we weren’t able to use it which was a big disappointment.
