"This hotel is located in a great neighbourhood! There’s access to the station and a ton of shopping and food options. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were slightly disappointing. Our room was service and they tossed our clothes into the corner of the washroom. They often didn’t restock the coffee/tea but just gave us empty cups. "Convenient location, close to the train station and subway, small space but very comfortable, affordable and close distance to Tokyo Disney. They have lots of restaurants nearby for late night eats. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The customer service here is excellent. They provide amenities which are useful and good quality. "Actually surrounding area was quite nice, but the Tozai Line to Nishi-Kasai station was challenging, because the metro to this station always full all the time either busy hour or not. "A nice and cozy hotel/apartment style room. I booked for a family of 4 for 2 nights and I'm glad we decided to not bring our 2 big suitcases with us. The room would've been very tight with large suitcases in the room. We did overnight backpack bags instead. The room itself was overall clean but we did notice stains on the couch and had to give it a good wipe down ourselves. The hotel is close to train stations and grocery stores. Overall, a good hotel!"
