"This house was so adorable! We were running extremely late do to a change in our flight but the owner stayed up to greet us. She showed us around the village and where the stores were. "Stunning property in a newly restored old house. Beautiful, spacious and well-appointed room. The common areas were comfortable and there was a lovely balcony. The breakfast which was beautifully served on the balcony was beyond compare. Local, fresh, and delicious Cretan treats. Archanes is close to Heraklion and the palace of Knossos and had plenty of dining options. We were in Greece for three weeks and our night at Carpe Diem was probably our best stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"Vi valgte dette sted da det var godt og billigt og vi ville gerne være i nærheden af lufthavnen fordi vi skulle afsted tidligt. Det er lidt selvtjekind. Man får en mail med koder til indgang og værelse. Lejlighederne er virkelig flotte, der er et lille køleskab pengeskab kapselmaskine. Super lækkert badeværelse. Hvis man får i den høje bygning, er man garenteret næsten strand udsigt. Der er lidt uro, da området bære præg af strand elsker og party. Men det er til at holde ud. "

"This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great.
