"This hotel was really nice and family friendly. They have food options for kids and adults. I loved that the hotel had a shuttle bus that could take us to universal studios. I also loved how close it was to many other things to do. We were even able to get the local bus to go places. The only thing that was a long wait was the check-in time. But I think that’s because it was spring break time. Otherwise, it was great time and I definitely want to go back!"

"The service was stellar! Our visit was strictly for relaxation for three days. We were lucky to have sun everyday. The pool staff was extremely accommodating. The bar staff could not have been more fun and again, very accommodating, especially Daniel and Ernesto. The food was good however it would have been nicer to offer a broader menu to dinner. Our room was very nice. I am handicapped so the grab bars in the bathroom was great. We could not have been happier. "
