"The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and do their best to make your holiday memorable. We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great. The room had everything we need and a nice outdoor balcony with a day bed. Big screen tv and you can log in to...

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to the beach down the side of the hotel and across the road from Market Village. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate for our needs both thai and foreign options. Used the gym everyday and it is basic but ok for our needs. Being opposite Market Village was both a positive and a negative. Great for popping over whenever you needed something but very noisy at night with the bands playing. The music is the same every night...

"デュープレックスプールヴィラに宿泊。 ２人で過ごすには申し分のない広さ。 上下階ともシャワー・トイレがあり非常に便利。 部屋については他の皆様に譲るとして、 我々が宿泊したのはビーチに近い№　9014 ホテルが悪いわけではないが、深夜ビーチ沿いの公園に若者がたむろし、花火・バイクで大騒ぎで眠れなかった。 外国人観光客に依存している地域であろうから、警察と連携し観光客が快適に過ごせる環境にした方がよいのではないだろうか。 どこの国にもバカはいるのだなと感じた。 宿泊するならビーチから遠い部屋を利用するのが賢明。"
