"The rooms, especially bathrooms, were not very clean but the price is low. Still a good cleaning would make the guest experience much more pleasant. I found the reception staff helpful and the guest house is located near the River and restaurants and pubs. The property’s access to the walking path along the river is not cleared of debris but I did enjoy morning walks along the river. "

"I was a tad hesitant to book this into this hidden gem however very glad I did! Super friendly and very accommodating staff ! They are what makes this place a solid 10/10! Daily housekeeping was done and the smaller room was cleaned with fresh linens and towels. The only negative is they leave the hallway outside area lights on all night which soak low light in on ones face! "Fantastic location, just outside Phra Khanong BTS station. Facilities were simple but all fine. Staff very friendly. A little loud at night as just off a very busy road but they provide ear plugs. Recommend a massage next door! "
