"Every staff member was friendly and extremely helpful! Although we had a hard time finding the hotel in the dark, once we had directions from the staff we made it to this incredible hotel built into the cliff. They also arranged a ride for us from Ragusa to Pozzallo where we were departing Sicily by boat to Malta. In addition to the amazing staff, the breakfast was superb and the fifth floor exit to explore the city centre made for a delightful trip! "

"Great B&B close to Metro (Duomo) and 5-10 min walk to the old city. One large bed and a "bedsofa", large bath with towels and clean towels. AC worked excellent, didn't turn on the TV. Small cooler. Remember this is a old building and no elevator. We had our own entrance, small breakfast included. Great restaurants and pizzeria and supermarket next door. This was one of the best places Ive ever stayed at in Napoli. No problems to get a cab and we had the window opened and wasn't disturbed."
