"Fabulous view from the 39th floor! Clean, quiet and very restful place to retreat to after a busy day out. Steps from theatre and Times Square, and easily walkable to the attractions we were interested in. Elevators are fast too."

"Would have scored higher but during our 6 day stay, we kept having issues with the room key cards. They would work for a day or two and them stop. Continued even when they were reset. "
