"Small, clean, efficient place to stay convenient to midtown manhattan. It is loud but what else would you expect in midtown manhattan. The location feels very safe and despite the name of the hotel, rooms are private and there is even a lounge area with water, tea and coffee in the morning. Great for the price. "

"Overall a great stay! Front desk agent( I think her name was Jordan) was great!! Give her a raise! Only thing that was eh was a rude women employee, presumably manager on the roof top bar around 11pm 1/18. We were told by the desk that the bar would be open later as it was busy. Bad service

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
