"Wonderful stay in the East Village with plenty of food and small businesses around, a short walk to subway stations, very easy check-in experience. Love the convenience of the kitchenette. Being on the 4th floor did not feel like a hassle, although of course it’s something to consider depending on luggage and accessibility limitations. Street noise can be heard, but the area is relatively quiet in comparison to other busier neighborhoods in Manhattan."

So if you plan to check in after 4, make your request ahead of time by phone. "

"Die Lage in Tribeca ist recht gut: einige Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch die Subway-Station Chambers Street sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns eine Suite geleistet, die mit einem abgegrenzten Schlaf- und einem Wohnbereich komfortable Platzverhältnisse bot. Aber luxuriös ist hier nichts - die Bilder schmeicheln dem Haus sehr! Man erwarte kein Hotel, sondern eine Unterkunftsvermietung ohne jeglichen Service. Was uns nicht gefiel: Der Empfang ist nur zu eingeschränkten Zeiten besetzt....

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel does not have a concierge so there is no need to interact with people if you don’t want to. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. "

They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
