"It was a very very nice hotel, staff was awesome. Whem ever I had a question or needed something I was always greated with a smile. Check in was easy. Even though I arrived two hrs early, the bell hop took out bags so we can wait and walk aroind the city. We only had to wait an hour for room. The only issue that I wasn't fond off was the long line for the panrty "breakfast line". I understand it was a busy time of the year, and that is was a major hoilday week. But I waited sometimes over 30mins...

"The hotel is next to World trade centre so if you need to be close to downtown it's a good option. Times Square though was far. I think one cannot help it. They gave water bottles, so that saved you from buying them yourself. Just one tea bag, but lots of coffee. Breakfast only included for 2 people out of 4 of us, so that was a damper. "
