"The property was obviously recently redone and the staff was fantastic. Especially Daniel and Serge at the bar and beach respectively. Also the spa facilities were outstanding. Great recommendations from the staff for dinner options off the property. Dinner at the hotel was not great. Also we were charged a 50 daily resort fee...which came as a surprise on check out. Beach was great."

"Princess heights was a beautiful hotel inside and out. Our room was perfect with a great view. We received the best customer service and housekeeping while we were there. Breakfast was served fresh and hot everyday to our room. The croissants and coffee were perfect. Our room was very clean throughout the stay. "The room and staff were very nice. I didn’t like the extra charges for breakfast. Other properties we stayed at in the area didn’t have these extra fees. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I didn’t like the distance to the complementary beach lounge chairs. The beach guy servicing the complementary beach chairs was not friendly or accommodating. It was obvious that he would have preferred a paying customer . He treated us like second class customers."

"Lovely host. Fantastic communication. Incredibly accommodating, without having to ask. Offered us an early check-in and a late check out, as we were between houses and somewhat homeless. Great breakfast. Nice common areas. Incredibly safe. Bonus of a really comfortable bed, which is rare. This is a great place to stay a couple days.
