"If I could give the staff six stars I would. Everyone is incredibly friendly and super nice. The beds in the room were the most comfortable I have ever been in. Close to freeway, close to restaurants. Only issue I truly had was the gym. Well appointed and brand new equipment but the off gassing from the new carpet gave me a headache. I am sure with time, it will go away."

"I was there for medical reasons to have a surgery at Keck Medical Center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and we can't say enough they are the probably the best hotel we've stayed in ever. The room was clean we only had to ask once for anything and we got it."

I was impressed by the small touches that show you care about your guests, like the tailor's-grade steam Iron, and luxury wooden suit hangers better than i have at home. Even the kettle was upgraded. Perfect base for my future visits to LA/Hollywood."
