"This is probably one of the best hotels that we stayed using Hotels.com. We had theater tickets in downtown L.A. and the hotel was close, safe and convenient. It was only 11 minutes away!! "Everything was clean. Tub had a few finger prints on the rail that I wish would not have been there. I asked for extra sheets and one of them had a stain. The place was amazing over all and could be even better if you ask me. I would definitely like to stay here again"

"The parking was convenient but the cost per day was outrageous at $30 per day. If there was a location closer that was cheaper and convenient i would have parked elsewhere. In the future I may consider a different hotel with better parking rates. "

"Would have been nice if there were toiletries in the room available. I received an email several hours prior to my arrival asking if I need anything, let them know. My reply was never responded to. Must not of been an actual message, more like it was an automated message to all guests. Late night check in, exhausted from traveling, was a bit disappointed credit card machines weren’t functioning. Almost couldn’t get in my room without posting the $100 deposit "

"Would like to give it a high rating. The room was clean, had large fridge and desk. Was quiet even though backed up to freeway. Only problem was no hot water in the morning. Evidently boilers went down. As long as that isn't a regular thing, this hotel was nice, affordable and convenient."

"This place is very charming! It’s an older property, but it’s exceptionally well-maintained and very clean. The landscaping is beautiful, with plenty of flowers adding to the inviting atmosphere.
