"Just off the highway so quick and easy to get to. The rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't have time to check out the pool and hot tub but nice to know its available. What I really liked was we forgot and envelope with cash in it and the manager was nice enough to go check and found it. They held it for us until we were coming back this way. Definitely recommend this motel. "

"My review is mixed for our stay at the property. We were locked out of our room after the front desk staff had left for the evening. The emergency number did not work. We ended up having to drive back to town to find another hotel for the night with our luggage still locked in our room. The morning staff member was amazing though and because of how we were treated by her, we would consider another stay. The grounds and our room were beautiful, it was unfortunate we couldn’t get into our room....

"This property was awful! The Expedia reviews are decent, but honestly don’t do it! The neighbourhood is less than desirable and the motel is old, run down and under construction without hope of ever being nice. I have photos of a dirty black handprint on the white bed, an inexcusably dirty window and there was a weird deck over an alley with a random shoe, pushed out window screen and pure filth, yet there was no door to get from the room onto the deck — an incredibly strange set up! "Didn't seem like the bedside table was cleaned. Sandy feeling that scratched my cell phone when I slid it across. No extra roll of toilet paper. No TV controls. Lady at front desk dealt with that quickly and efficiently for us. Toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle several times. Breakfast could be improved. In spite of all these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Have been to the Plaza many times. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out."
