"Lovely hotel, perfect for our girls trip to NYC! Staff were great and having a room with a balcony was an amazing addition! Good size room and finished to a high standard, only a couple of minor things that looked a bit worn - hooks on bathroom, scuffs on wall etc. Would recommend and would happily stay here again! Much better than other NYC hotels that we stayed at on this trip! "

"The security inside hotel was top notch. We felt safe and secure overnight while sleeping. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The surrounding buildings in the area outside are just off Times Square in NYC so they had the dirty feel and look with lots of scaffolding and construction. The hotel property stood out with its cleanliness and manicured look. We would recommend and we would stay again!"

"A great central hotel to Times Square. The foyer can get really busy at times with long queues and it doesn’t help that space is at a premium due to Renovation works going on. Would have liked a fridge in the room. Staff were great and friendly. "
