"No lift and small staircase"

"Situated opposite the train and bus station. Handy for local cafe and fast food. Only a 10-15 malk to the center where you find resturants, museums and art galleries, as well as paintings amd litlle object to do with Bosch and his famous painting. A shame there was no lift in the building, but understandable. The rooms were light and well cleaned. Breakfast was provided in Coffee Lab below the building. . A nice stsy. "

Unfortunately we had an issue with our first use of the lift.We were given our room keys and told to use the lift.Four us entered the lift and pressed the button for the first floor.We exited and couldn't see our rooms,so I looked around and went to open a door thinking it might lead to our rooms.The corridoor was dark, and as I went to open the...

"The elevator has a weird smell, but the rest is ok, pillows and beds are a bit uncomfortable but otherwise a decent enough hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
