"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. "For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you...

"We arrived and they could not find our Expedia reservation. They had us waiting for almos 4 hours before giving us a room!! Besides the employies at front desk rude and not helpful at all. They complete ignored us most of the time. Last but not least we book a 3 person bedroom and they gave us a one bed room only suitable for 2. When I went to complain they told me that was tue only option and they offered an extra mini bed with additional cost when I had alreeady paid for 3 Then the next day...
