Location cannot be beaten, rooms are a little outdated and 1 of our party had an issue with their door which they couldn't fix, so had to be let in by reception every time they left the room. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!)
