"It was a great staying. Location is in walking distance to Umekōji-Kyōtonishi Station 梅小路京都西駅. Bus stops are near by. We tried 3 restaurants in the hotel, all were delicious. The spa is nice, kids love it very much."

"I really enjoyed my time here. The hotel was very clean and located in the center of the places I wanted to visit while on my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and had such a nice view of the street. I also really enjoyed that my room was soundproof. I mean some noises are inevitable but it was as sound proof as it gets. I woke up every morning feeling so refreshed because of how comfy the bed was. When I visit Kyoto again I will be staying here. "

"The property is centrally located. Staff is able to communicate in English and advice on local travels to the destinations. Kyoto Station is actually very close by but the underground pathway is a maze that needed to be studied beforehand. Especially when looking for escalators and elevators"
