"The staff was amazing from start to finish! Great customer service and amazing room service. Very clean and so much fun for the whole family. The life guards on staff for the water park and pool were extremely nice and helpful and very attentive to the children! We had a mishandled reservation on our end through a 3rd party company we booked through and the hotel staff and manager was amazing at helping us get it fixed and alleviating the stress of the mishap from the 3rd party company. I have never enjoyed my stay so much from any other hotel I have ever stayed at and HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone and everyone!"
