"Very happy with our stay! Super convenient and reasonably priced (for Midtown/Times Square). Will definitely consider staying here again. Only gripe: we brought our three children with us and the Signature suite was too small; fine for three nights but any longer and it would have been uncomfortable. We really angled to upgrade to a family suit but they were taken. Perhaps consider more family options? Staff was superb. Front desk staff made check in/out a breeze. Concierge had all kinds of recommendations. Cleaning staff was awesome. All around a great experience and value. Thanks for helping us make our first NYC trip as a family so memorable. "

"The upper lobby co-working area was fantastic. However, the only issue (and a very minor one) is the Friday night noise from the club. But otherwise, no complaints whatsoever, it's a great hotel."
