"This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply,...

"The property is very good for a family travelling and wanting to make some lunch/diner at home. We had difficulty getting hot water to take a shower even if we were taking a very fast shower but I think it is the same case everywhere in peru during the winter. No towels and face cloth were left to take our shower. No extra paper towels and nothing in the kitchen: no hand soap or dish soap. Just be aware to bring everything needed. Overall the place is very good. "

I highly recommend Blueiby home because even the hosts communicated very well and were very helpful during my overall trip. When I come back I'm definitely going to book with them again."

"This is a family run business and they truly care about the comfort of their guests. To start, we had some delays in our arrival to Cusco and Milagros was very gracious and patient in arranging our transportation to the apartment. Breakfast was great and plentiful with eggs, bread, coffee and fresh fruit. Perfect spot in Central Cusco

"Amazing hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had a great stay. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to all the main city centre sites. The room was comfortable with a heater and ceiling fan for the ever changing Cusco weather. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, and the food was very tasty and fresh, would recommend. Breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone."

If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. The service stands out

"I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress which it had. I know some reviewers have complained about noise but I found it very quiet. My room was at the back of the hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa or the restaurant so I cannot give any information about that. All in all, I highly recommended Hotel Novotel. It’s a great value! "
