"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. "When I arrived around 1:30pm, there was no one in the lobby, we had to go to the family home in the back to yell for a person to come to the desk. The room looked ok at first, but the TV is very small, and many issues were discovered that made me leave for the nextdoor hotel after the first night of my 3 night trip. The AC unit and the shower head were covered in black mold, I cleaned the shower head myself just to feel somewhat less gross with it. The shower also had terrible water pressure...
