"This apartment was in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood. The apartment was modern, clean, and just super cute!! You have access to the amenities in the neighborhood which are also very nice. This was the perfect space for our family and much nicer than a hotel. The owner and also the manager of the property were very responsive and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. It’s about five miles or 10-15 minutes from the beach depending on traffic. "

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Place was very cute but the cleanliness was very disappointing. Cobwebs everywhere . Had to wash my feet before bed cause the were filthy because the floors were dirty . Grandsons bed was full of long blonde hair . When my husband pulled down the comforter of our bed their was food crumbs and hair everywhere and a half dollar size redish brown spot . So gross . Would not stay there again . Which is to day because it was a cute place. "
