"Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."

"A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, helping us with bags, taxi arrangements and other details. Our room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was good, with hot options, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and meats. The location is ok, being nearby the Lastarria neighborhood but on a rather busy street. "

"I was turned away after came in from the airport at 2am. I was told I need to come back at 11am. I was charged the entire stay regardless. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone "

"One of the two luxury hotels in Punta Arenas. This location is better, right in front of the park. It can get a bit noisy with travel groups but not a big issue. The restaurant is great and lobby is very spacious."
