"Everyone who we interacted with at the property were extremely friendly, eager to help and just genuinely kind! The grounds were immaculate. The all inclusive options were ok. We felt for breakfast and lunch and poolside cocktails it was fine. But for dinner we opted to visit local establishments off premises. "We stayed here for a few nights, having enjoyed a lunch here last year. Our Tower Room was beautifully presented and well-equipped. AC quiet and efficient, with an added ceiling fan. The bed was extremely comfortable and guaranteed a good nights sleep. The hotel site is clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous, especially Devenne. The restaurant served fresh local food at all three meals. Courtesy transport to the beach was much appreciated. Cannot recommend True Blue too...

I was caught by suprise about the lack of hot water but that was my fault for not thinking to look into it.
