"When booking this villa they were very poor in replying - several time I had to resend messages / emails before I had a reply. Before we arrived, I tried to book a table for breakfast for the group that was staying, only to be told when the 1st of the group arrived, that the kitchen was not working as they had no chef - others were told it was due to having no hot water. They then booked a table up the street without telling us. We had difficulty getting new bath towels even when they were asked...

"Beautiful, expansive pool. Happy friendly staff. Ample sized room. A super location for decor shops and tableware. The western breakfast perhaps could offer more choice. When I asked, yoghurt was provided especially for me. Management were also highly knowledgeable regards onward travel to the north."

"The hotel offered excellent value for money, the room was good, the Aircon worked properly and the shower was hot. The swimming pool was great. Downside things were, the shower floor was very slippy when wet and the noise of the music from the restaurant next door could be heard at night. "
