"The arrival, front desk staff and house keeping went above and beyond during our stay. The room is spacious and had all the comforts for our stay. We unfortunately got sick and the staff did everything to help us locate a doctor to come to our room and keep our room stocked and cleaned. We loved the pool and the whatsapp updates to know what is happening at the hotel. Across from the hotel you will find convenient stores and laundry service. "The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. However as living area is external there were a few issues with mosquitoes and noise. And toilet plumbing an issue. Overall happy with experience at Daluman Villa but would, probably want to have an internal living space and additional hotel amenities like restaurants and lounge and kids swim/play areas. "

"I spent one very happy week at The Island Hotel Bali! The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable. The pool and adjacent lounge are a quiet refuge after a busy day at the beach. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and the hotel’s breakfast is really good. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and arrange transport anywhere one may want to go. The location is really great down a little path away from the busy street so it os nice and quiet but still near all the action!"
