"Well maintained clean resort with great dining options for pure vegetarians too! Plenty of fresh fruit and fresh juice options at breakfast in addition to a variety of other traditional breakfast items, desserts had good variety and not too repetitive, special thanks to the Indian chef Sandeep Singh who cheerfully helped us identify the vegetarian dishes in the non-Indian menu items too!! There was Indian vegan food served with basmati rice every night at dinner, totally loved that! Beach and pool were clean with plenty of seating at the beach, pool did get full quick for seating if we didn’t block with a towel early on, but manageable. Getting coconut water at the beach on a daily basis was nice, would have appreciated at least one per day complimentary instead of paying $5, considering this was all inclusive. It was great still. One major dissatisfaction was too many boats and catamarans parked at the beach waters on the Lopesan side!! Totally obstructed the calming sea view one would wish for from a beach vacation! They are ALWAYS there! Besides this one negative, the resort was great otherwise with plenty of variety in both activities and food! Would recommend to a friend 🙂"

"Very hard working and friendly staff. Never felt crowded at the pool or restaurants. Lots of food options at the buffet and other restaurants. Generally very little wait to get a table. Beautiful beach, with few vendors. Easy to get drinks at the bar and the drinks were very good. Majestic owns three properties next to each other. It was nice being able to walk between all three properties. Family friendly. Evening entertainment in the form of music and shows was available. Truly all-inclusive except for the wine in the non-buffet restaurants. While tips are not required, they are well deserved and much appreciated."

"Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Buffet changes for every meal and everyday. Ocean beautiful and close to pools. Lots of activities. We loved Riu in Punta Cana!"

"The restaurants other than the buffets were wonderful. The beach and pools always clesn and service was exceptional. We were very bothered when they wasted an entire morning with a false greeting and breakfast that turned into a high pressure sales pitch. This can negatively impact your stay as they would not take no for an answer. Find a different way to sell as this 'Florida' sales tactic is a disgusting way to treat your customers. Otherwise a fantastic resort."

"We all loved it. If your a super fancy pants maybe this is not the place for you if you a midwestern redneck it’s perfect.the workers don’t know much English so it’s doesn’t go unnoticed if you make an attempt to speak Spanish. Just the basics. It was very beautiful and Relaxing. Not much to do nearby, off the resort grounds and the ocean isn’t the safest for Kiddos but if you want to relax and eat some good food this place rocks. We didn’t have kids but there were kids in the group and they had fun also. We had teens and this wasn’t the target age gor them but if you have younger kids they would enjoy. I didn’t spend a single dollar except tipping. Everything is actually included. Sweeter for your coffee needs. They are awesome there. Making reservations (showing up at opening) helps get into the Italian place and spacewalker ( get the steak) wok wok etc. had a blast but may not work for everyone. "
