"This hotel is in a great area, easy access to Paddington Station. The staff were all super friendly and informative. The breakfast is really good and the rooms are very cozy with a decent size bathroom. I will definitely book at this hotel again when traveling to London. "

"Great hotel in the middle of the city, very accessible via the tube and buses. The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby, but they kept the site neat and safe. the only downfall was the bar and bar staff, they have no idea on what Customer Service is or needs to be, waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes while other customers were being serve by the staff. "

"2 guys on the reception were very friendly and we had a good laugh. Excellent value. Bang on Hyde Park and just a few minutes' walk to The Royal Albert Hall for my night out. Only problem was that I didn't know Hyde Park closes at night, and I had to walk around it to get home. I made up for my disappointment of having to walk further the night before, by shouting at a Snobby Sloane and her daughter, to pick up her dog's turd, whilst they were pretending not to notice it was having a plop, in Hyde Park."
