"Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Few parking spaces in front of hotel, but plenty available in 2 lots right next door. Hotel in much need of updating, but clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok (eggs, sausages, breakfast burritos, muffins, waffles, toast, cereal). The 320 bus to NYC right accross the street (make sure to buy 3-zone tickets on the New Jersey Transit app). "Amazing location. Away from the hustle and bustle of mid-town or Times Square where most tourists go. The upper west side is a great neighborhood with easy walkable access to many restaurants and bars as well as the Museum of Natural History and Central Park as well as two train lines. The only issues are that the room was super small but it was clean. There is only one elevator so there can be a wait if you are on the upper floors. The hotel goes to the 14th floor. "The interior of the hotel is very nicely decorated clean and smelt amazing staff was professional and kind. I stood in the balcony room which is a good feature in the summer time to have the access however as I stood in February I didn’t get much use of it. I was hoping for at least a nice view but unfortunately the balcony is onlooking another building so unless you will be visiting during the warmer season there is no need for it. I also stood here on a staycation and would say this hotel is a better fit for those who wouldn’t be spending much time in the room as it is a small space and doesn’t have a microwave. Other than that it was a pleasant stay "
