"The Watson Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size with all the facilities that are required (except for an iron, I like to have an iron on my room). Very clean, very comfortable. Breakfast very good choices and quality. Amazing staff. Service was faultless and we couldn’t ask for more. We would stay here again for sure 👌"

"BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. "Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend...
