"This is a lovely property with spacious rooms but feels remote, accessible only by car. The hospitality is rigid with breakfast starting at 8:00am (not earlier) and dinner is only served between 7:30-9:30pm with 24 hour notice required for many menu items. This should be communicated upon booking as we were expecting a meal before we left for our morning flight and would have booked elsewhere for the price."

"We loved our nights here at the riad. Beautiful architecture and really serene atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, which was delicious as well. "Really appreciated this hotel and especially the staff. The staff were very friendly to my family and me. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are pretty awesome. There are so many to thank. But special thanks to Manar (housekeeping) and Mohsen (lunch restaurant). They really try to make your experience unique and customized to your tastes. Very professional. "Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"
