"Booked standard room, upon check in found out I've been allocated single room and the hotel was full so could not be given an alternative room, had to get Expedia involved. Receptionist has not been proactive in terms of resolving this issue. Do not recommend this hotel. "The location was just perfect, 2 minute walk to the old town but quiet. The room was very cosy and comfortable and the breakfast had a good choice. The staff were really kind and helpful, especially a brunette with frizzy/curly hair who worked during breakfast; she gave us a little tour and history of the hotel and allowed us to use a normally locked room for breakfast one morning, always had a smile and happy to chat. Overall we had a fantastic stay. "

"This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "
