"Excellent communication and customer service. The property is in great condition. One disadvantage, the pool was a mirage (we never saw one)."

"Check in was as smooth as butter. Location is a little less than ideal as the beach was still a 15 minute drive but it is very easy to find and very safe for foreigners. Victoria was very accommodating, got an extra hour free of charge , thanks."

"We were in Jamaica for 2 weeks for an adoption so we spent a lot of time in our unit. Having access to our own kitchen was great so we could save some money from eating out. "Worst service ever received. Hotels.com said my booking was secure. Booked midweek for Saturday and Sunday night of Carnival weekend. Contacted number and no body answered.
