"Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

"Very nice complete with cooking are...easher abd dryer.....in a safe and secure gsted communiry...beautiful beach for swimming....."

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"Total scam!! Don’t do it. I booked this place 8/9/24. Property manager emailed me to cancel couple days before check in 8/29/24 stating the property was not ready due to storm from 7/3. No refund, not responding to me or the platform they use to take customers money. They had my phone number and decided to wait last minute to cancel via email. "Conviently located near the airport and a short drive to both Port Royal and Wickie Wackie beach. We loved the design and the space for both of us to use our own bedroom and bathroom. All at a reasonable price. We would consider staying here again if we go back to Jamaica."

"The property is situated in a good location, I felt safe and secure inside and outside. The house is well maintained and having a solid built feel to it. "BOOK YOUT STAY HERE! We truly enjoyed our stay at the Jewel Grande and truly didn’t want to leave! At Crickets- Hailie and Dwight were phenomenal! At the Orchids buffet - Tackiesha and others were simply outstanding ! Andre with baggage claim outside th property made sure our things were safe and did such a great job at communicating. Ackeem , spa receptionist as well as Cristal the spa valet , plus our masseuses - Soroyal and Loretta - were a delight! We cannot wait to return ! "

"Loved this resort the only part i did not like is that we arent able to drink at palace which makes no sense when i had access to riu montego bay, i went to the pool at the palace and a security told me i had to leave, so embarrassing i had to get out the pool infront of a crowd of people "
